As you might expect, the lots closer towards the Sea of Cortez are more expensive than the lots further away. The Sea Front lots are priced above $300K when one is available on resale.

Home owners fees: $600 annually and run from February to February.

Wild Wild WestWho says the old west is not alive and well! Usually the parking lot is full of cars, but you never know. Here, local equestrians enjoy an early morning ride and hardy breakfast at the Sundance market/deli in Playa de Oro. I think a couple of them are sending an email back home from the Internet Cafe and Coffee Shop inside.
